This complimentary training is designed to address the challenges of providing the best guest experience in a safe environment that aligns with New York State protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19. It will show you how to effectively communicate with guests and provide friendly, world-class Finger Lakes service - even during these challenging times. 

Once you have completed the program, you will be asked to fill out a brief form so we can send you a $20 Ontario County gift certificate to thank you for your commitment to #VisitConfidently. In addition, you will be entered into a monthly drawing for a $50 Ontario County dining certificate.
